Eltrombo 25 mg (Eltrombopag Olamine) is a prescribed medication specifically designed to address low platelet count levels resulting from chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) or chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. These conditions pose a risk of bleeding, and Eltrombo 25 mg aids in managing them effectively. It is also utilized in the treatment of severe aplastic anemia by stimulating bone marrow cell production and increasing platelet levels, thus minimizing bleeding risks.

Indications for use PALBOCICLIB is indicated for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2)-negative, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer: – in combination with an aromatase inhibitor; – in combination with fulvestrant in women previously receiving endocrine therapy. In pre-or perimenopausal women, endocrine therapy should be combined with aluteinization.  Hormone Releasing Hormone (LHRH) agonists.

·         CAPEKAST is indicated as first-line treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal carcinoma  and also indicated as a single agent for adjuvant treatment in patients with Dukes c colon cancer.

·         LENVAKAST is indicated for The treatment of patients with locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive, radioactive iodine-refractory diflerentiated thyroid cancer (DTc).

·         LENVAKAST is indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma.

·         LENVAKAST is also indicated for Endometrial carcinom.

·         Docetaxel is indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior chemotherapy.

·         Docetaxel in combination with doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of patients with operable node-positive breast cancer.

·         Docetaxel is also indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non- small cell lung cancer after failure of prior platinum- based chemotherapy.

·         Docetaxel is indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior chemotherapy.

VELAKAST is Indicated for the treatment of chronic HcV genotypes 1-6 in adults:

·         with decompensated cirrhosis (child-Pugh B and c) combined with ribavirin

SOFOKAST is a hepatitis c virus (HcV) nucleotide analog NSSB polymerase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of:

·         Adult patients with genotype 1, 2, 3 or 4 chronic HCV infection Without cirrhosis or with  compensated cirrhosis part of c0mbination antiviral treatment regimen.

·         Pediatric patients 3 years of age and older with genotype 2 or 3 chronic HcV infection without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis in combination with ribavirin.

DACIKAST is a hepatitis C virus NS5A inhibitor indicated for use with Sofosbuvir, with or without ribavirin, for the treatment of chronic HCV genotype 1 or 3 Infection.

ENTEKOR is a hepatitis B virus nucleoside analogue  reverse  transcriptase  inhibitor indicated for  the  treatment  of  chronic hepatitis  B  virus  infection  in adults  and childrenat  least 2  years  of  age  with evidence  of  active  viral  replication  and either evidence  of persistent elevations in serum  aminotransferases  (ALT  or  AST) or histologically active disease.

In patients with deleterious or suspected deleterious gBRCAm, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer who have previously been treated with chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant, adjuvant or metastatic setting. Patients with hormone receptor (HR)-positive breast cancer should have been treated with a prior endocrine therapy or be considered inappropriate for endocrine treatment.

Thalidomide is primarily indicated for
the acute treatment of the cutaneous manifestances of
moderate to severe Erythema Nodosum Leprosum (ENL).

Lenalidomide, sold under the trade name Lenakast among others, is a medication used to treat multiple myeloma (MM) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). For MM it is used after at least one other treatment and generally together with dexamethasone. It is taken by mouth.

The dose may need to be adjusted in people with kidney problems.It has a chemical structure similar to thalidomide but has a different mechanism of action.
